Day 7 – Mt Koya (Koyasan) – Final day before returning to Kyoto. Early morning prayers, meditation & a fire ceremony to start the day, followed by some sutra coping “shakyo”. After a delicious shojin ryori dinner, we enjoyed a night tour of the Okunoin Cemetery led by a local monk amongst the 400 year old cedars.
